Why do I get bills from the hospital, my doctor and an anesthesiologist?
All of the providers who participate in your care are members of different organizations and use separate billing mechanisms.

Why do I have to pay balances after my insurance company has paid?
Most insurance plans have co-insurance, co-pays and deductibles which are the patients responsibility. These items must be paid in accordance with your insurance policy.
